NOTE:  We do our absolute best to try and include your specific flavor choice, however there are times when we may not be able to do that.  If we cannot, we will include one of the flavors that you've already selected in your purchase.  The free gel would be of equal or lesser value of the gels you chose to purchase.  

Recommended serving size is 2 TBSP or less a day.  Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month, and in the freezer (in a freezer safe container (ok for pouches), not glass jars) for 3 months.  Immediately place into the fridge or freezer (in a freezer safe container...pouches are freezer safe) upon receipt.  

Great to eat as is, to mix in smoothies, or juices.

The ice packs can sometimes burst during shipping and contents can leak out.  The contents are non-toxic and can be rinsed off with no issues.  

Jars should not be put into the freezer as glass will break when frozen.  Transfer the sea moss gel to a freezer safe container before freezing.  We cannot be held responsible for broken jars that broke due to freezing them.

Should your items arrive damaged during the shipping process, please file a claim with USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.  Take pictures and submit them with your claim.  USPS will refund your money because Insurance is automatically included with your purchase.  

Our shop does not issue refunds due to damaged shipments, however please reach out to us as we will attempt to resolve your issue or provide guidance.  The same applies for shipments that are marked delivered by the post office, however are claimed to not be received by the customer.  The shop will not be responsible for items that are marked delivered and are claimed to not be received.  You may also file a claim at the website above.  

We ship packages Monday through Wednesday across the country in the summertime, and during colder weather we ship Monday through Friday.  We do this because we want the packages to get there by Saturday and not get stuck in transit over the weekend when the weather is warmer.    Therefore, orders received Thursday through Sunday, your product will be shipped on Monday.  

Our sea moss is grown in its natural environment without chemicals, artificial agents, preservatives, or pesticides.  It is hung to air dry, and then packaged so that we can make our gel products.  I buy directly from a family who operates their sea moss harvesting business, and I've visited them to ensure that we offer only the most natural and highest quality products you will find.
